This is a gold finished pelican set into a sandy white beach scene. There are crystal rhinestones accenting the foliage at the top along with hand wrapped seed pearl flowers and Swarovski vintage AB crystal beads. This is multi-layered for a traditional Stanley Hagler design. This is set on Russian Gold plated filigrees.
It is signed with an oval cartouche, Stanley Hagler N.Y.C. as seen in pic.
This measures 1 3/4"W x 4 1/4"T. This is in excellent unworn condition.
