SEAHORSE IN THE OCEAN brooch

This is an antique finished Seahorse with sapphire AB, rhinestone accents. He is in the ocean of vintage glass beads and hand wrapped seed pearl flowers. There is a silver finished "wave" with a splash of vintage blue glass at the side. Vintage Swarovski rhinestones and faceted crystal beads, complete the look. This is multi-layered for a traditional Stanley Hagler design. This is set on Russian Gold plated filigrees. It is signed with an oval cartouche, Stanley Hagler N.Y.C. as seen in pic. 

This measures 4"W x 4 1/4"T. This is in excellent unworn condition
